She has thrived on building extensive operational rigor in the search process based on in-depth industry research. Her style of functioning is consultative & problem-solving.   Her body of work has encompassed sectors like Speciality Chemicals, Process industry, Natural Resources, Energy and Clean technology areas. The rolodex of clients reflect Indian groups, subsidiaries of MNCs in India and at times global majors seeking top notch Indian talent for their businesses outside India. The continuous endeavour is to steer human capital to organisations who have proven ESG (Environmental Social and Governance) metrics, having sustainable business models and are in it for the long haul.   A Chemical Engineering Graduate with previous background in Marketing and Market Research, was an early mover to Executive Search business being part of the founding team of a leading International search firm.   Anindita is a yoga enthusiast, avid reader of biography of world leaders and has cultivated passion for study of ancient civilizations spread across the world.
