Sanjukta has a fascination for Executive Search consulting. She has more than a decade of experience in Executive Search spanning some of the big search firms. She works closely with clients in Technology, Consumer Products & Retail, Education and Social sectors. She has worked closely with clients on identifying key leadership resources for driving growth and change. Identifying leaders for greenfield projects (read India based start-ups) and pushing for reverse brain- drain in the technology space are two broad channels, she has focused her energies on. She is passionately working towards the goal of : right solution in the first go through finely crafted research.   A landmark assignment led by her was where she identified a CEO for a business process outsourcing company with global offices. The client, a well-established name in the industry wanted to bring in a leader mainly to drive digital transformation towards which the industry was moving. This required a technology leader who is an expert in BOTs and automation with a deep understanding of the business process outsourcing industry.   Sanjukta is a Graduate in English (Hons) and a Post Graduate in Personnel Management from the University of Pune.
