Nirupama brings over 23 plus years of experience across both the corporate and executive search landscapes. She transitioned into executive search after a decade-long career in the consumer industry, giving her a unique perspective that combines deep operational understanding with talent advisory expertise. Over the years, she has successfully partnered with a diverse spectrum of organizations—including global MNCs, private equity-backed ventures, and founder-led startups—to help them identify and attract top leadership talent. At Insist, she is building the consumer and retail practices. While her core strength continues to lie in the consumer industry, she has also built robust credentials across adjacent sectors such as building materials, medical devices, and flavours, fragrances and ingredients. Her deep understanding of these markets enables her to identify and engage high-impact leaders who can drive growth and transformation. Clients value her ability to bring cross-industry insight and a nuanced approach to complex leadership mandates.   Nirupama began her career with CavinKare as a management trainee after completing her PGDM from XIM Bhubaneswar. She went on to hold key marketing and sales roles at CavinKare and later at Dell, before making the switch to executive search.   Outside of work, Nirupama is passionate about gardening, environmental conservation, and Indian history.
